1. How do I view classes?


 

To view classes click on the “University” tab and select the class category in the menu that appears just below the University tab. Then select the video of your choice.


2. Why am i not seeing video and audio links?


For now - only mp3 audio links are available, to find them - go to the bottom of the page of the video you are watching, and click on "Resources" (next to overview tab) - then you can click on "download the audio file" - to download the mp3 file.


If you have trouble accessing any of our videos / audios - please contact us, by clicking on "Live Support" on top of every page.

 

3. How do I search for Latest Videos?


The easiest way to search for latest videos, is clicking on the "search" button, without typing anything in the search bar - a list of all of our videos, sort by date - will show up.

When clicking on "University" Tab - you will see only one (latest) video from each category.


We also keep a list of our latest additions (and news) on the “MyKabbalah” Tab. 

 

4. How do I view more lessons?


Under each video you are watching - you can click on the “+” sign, next to "View More Lessons" to open up a playlist of videos from the same category - "New", "Previous" and when applicable - "Series".

  

5. How do I view previous lessons?


Click on “Previous” to see previous videos. Then click on “view all” to see all the videos for that category or topic

 

6. How do I view all of the lessons?


You can view all the lessons by click on the “search” button (with no words in the search bar). This will bring up all the lessons in the KU library. You can then narrow your search by topic, teacher, holiday or weekly portion.

 

7. Why can't I see the live streaming?


The live streaming times are an “estimated” start time. If the event has not officially started the video stream will not display.  To be sure you have your live streaming activated press the “play” button on your video player to begin the stream. The circle icon will continue to go around until the event has begun (Note: sometimes the events will start a few minutes late or early).  As an additional measure you can refresh your page every few minutes, and press play after each refresh, to be sure your browser captures the live stream.

 

8. What is My Library?


“MY Library” is where you can store your favorite videos, in one convenient place, for viewing at any time.

 

9. How do I add videos to my library?


To add videos to “MY library” click on the “add to my library” link located just below the video player.

 

10. How many videos can I add to my library?


You can add unlimited videos to My Library, however only 5 will show up in the small window of My Library. To see all the videos click on the "My Library" text and it will open up to a complete listing of all your saved videos in My Library.

 

 

11. What are the two icons beside the media items?


The icons next to the video or other media specify if there is a video, audio or text version of the lesson.

 

12. How do I download audio files?


To download the audio version of a lesson, click on the lesson, then click on the “resources” tab, then click on the “download the audio file” link to download to your computer.

 

13. How do I save audio files into my mp3 player?


Once you have downloaded the audio files to your computer you can transfer them to a mp3 player (ie. ipod) using a standard USB cable, or by plugging your mp3 player into the USB port on your computer (when applicable). See the instructions from your specific mp3 player for doing a file transfer.

 

14. How do I change my account settings?


To change your account settings click on the “my account” tab located on the top right side of the screen. Then click “edit”. Once finished be sure to click “save” at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

 

15. How do I add or change a credit card?


To add or change a credit card click on the “my account” tab located on the top right side of the screen. Then click “manage credit cards”. Once finished be sure to click “save” at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

 

16. How do I cancel my subscription?

17. How do I view my order history?


To view your order history click on the “my account” tab located on the top right side of the screen. Then click “billing”. Once finished be sure to click “save” at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

 

18. How do I change my password?


To change your account settings click on the “my account” tab located on the top right side of the screen. Then click “edit” and change your password. Once finished be sure to click “save” at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

 

19. How do I know the expiration of my subscription?


To view your order history click on the “my account” tab located on the top right side of the screen. Then click “billing” the information will be listed there. Once finished be sure to click “save” at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

 

20. Can I watch videos on the Mac OS?


Yes, you will need the latest Flash Player (10).
